The Rema Tip Top patch cement SC-BL is a perfect accelerator solution for the application of REMA TIP TOP RAD, PN & UP repair patches, MINICOMBI plugs, REMA STEM, SV bonding rubber, SEALASTIC, VULC COMPOUND. It is free of CFC and aromatic compounds. This cement can be used for self-vulcanisation starting from 18C (65F) through to hot vulcanisation up to 150C (300F).
