How do I access prices and stock availability?

You will need to sign up to access prices and stock availability. You will need to be part of the automotive or transport industry verified by an ABN. This way we can keep our prices low for trade only customers.

Are you trade only?

Yes, we operate as a trade only supplier. If you're part of the automotive or transport industries, you've come to the right place.

Do you sell to the general public or retail stores?

Are you a race car driver, farmer or something similar? Do you need tyre supplies? Please email us at info@tyresuppliesonline.com.au with what you require and we'll do our best to help.

Where are you based?

We're based in Melbourne, Australia. Most of our products ship from Dandenong, Victoria. But we send products all around Australia.

Can I pick my order up?

Unfortunately not. All our products are shipped out to your address.

How do I save money by using your system?

1. We have far less overheads than most companies that still run delivery vans, so we can afford to put less margin on our products which means they're cheaper for you. 

2. Drivers of the 'ice-cream' vans love to stand around and have a chat which kills productivity. Less distraction means more gets done, right?

3. Keep all your supplier accounts with one company, reducing significant admin hours.

4. Keep your customers happy and keen to shop with you again. Items don't get lost and forgotten like they do with the current 'ice-cream van' system. This means you can complete the job on a customers car without any headaches.

Are your stock levels live?

Yes, we try to keep the stock levels as accurate as possible. Meaning you can rely on what you're seeing. If in the rare case that our website is incorrect, we'll notify you straight away.

Can I setup a 30 day account?

At the moment, no. But we are working towards an account system for our customers. Sit tight!

When will I get my order?

Once payment is made on your order, a picking order will be sent to the warehouse. We aim to pack products in 24-48 horus and despatch using StarTrack. Once your package is despatched we'll send you tracking details.

Do you accept returns?

If the product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging, we can accept a return. Return shipping is at the customers expense. 

Can I do a wholesale order or get bulk discounts?

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

Yes, for most products. However, if you are ordering a large and/or oversized item, we'll need to ship to a physical address.
