How do I access prices and stock availability?

You can search by product name or number to find the product(s) you wish to purchase. Add them to the cart and check out! We try to hold stock of every item listed on this site, however sometimes we run out! Ww'll pack and ship your order as soon as the replacement stock arrives.

Are you trade only?

No, we sell to everyone!

Do you sell to the general public or retail stores?

Yes, we sell to the general public, tyre shops, mechanical business', transport business and farming operations.

Where are you based?

All of our products ship from Melbourne, Australia. We send products all around Australia. We're Aussie owned and operated!

Can I pick my order up?

Unfortunately not. All our products are shipped out to your address.

1. We have far less overheads than most companies that still run delivery vans, so we can afford to put less margin on our products which means they're cheaper for you. 

2. Drivers of the 'ice-cream' vans love to stand around and have a chat which kills productivity. Less distraction means more gets done, right?

Are your stock levels live?

Yes, we try to keep the stock levels as accurate as possible. Meaning you can rely on what you're seeing. If in the rare case that our website is incorrect, we'll notify you straight away.

When will I get my order?

Once payment is made on your order, a picking order will be sent to the warehouse. We aim to pack products in 24-48 hours and despatch using StarTrack. Once your package is despatched we'll send you tracking details.

Do you accept returns?

If the product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging, we can accept a return. Return shipping is at the customers expense and a restocking fee may apply. 

Can I do a wholesale order or get bulk discounts?

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

Yes, for most products. However, if you are ordering a large and/or oversized item or dangerous goods, we'll need to ship to a physical address.
