Blue Maxibond Cement is a blue colored vulcanizing fluid, extra tacky and can be applied in one thin, even coating with an 8 to 10 minute dry time. One coat is sufficient in hot and cold applications. The cement is packaged in ready-to-use 225g containers with brush/lid applicators.
