This blue cement is specially designed for fast and smaller repairs. This accelerator solution dries twice as fast as CEMENT SC-BL. This blue cement can be used for self-vulcanisation from 18 °C (65 °F) through to hot vulcanization at 150 °C (300 °F). It is transparent and easy to distinguish from the blue CEMENT SC-BL if used in the same way.
